Report from July

It has been a very warm month here in Sweden. The last 10 days or so I have had so sleep in the basement as the house has been so warm, over 30 degrees inside sometimes.

My niece has been here for a while, she stays until beginning of September so we try to make a bit more activities than maybe normal.

July was quite warm, going to swim in the lake a couple of times

On the health side I get more and more problems with my eyes. I hope I can find a remedy as this is very hard to manage

I have been walking quite a lot and its has been extra hard sometimes as it has been so warm.

Filling the treasure targets

• I am changing the target of lowest month for dividends to how the average per month seems to for this year. Currently the average seems to become 19600 per month for 2025, so we set the new target to average at 20 000 / month.

  New investments 42848 in July. Target is to invest 15k per month.

  
  

• Gold in the reserve coffer: Target is 250 000 currently 217 000 (previous month 203 000).

  
  

• Saving is the difference between income and spending for me and my wife. As income we have two salaries (I work 100% and my wife 50%) and dividends from shares. Target was 50% saving and actual result was 62,7% so it was ok. It was looking even better but we went out to eat a couple of times and had high food costs.

I need very warm weather to go bathing, but this month we really had that now.
