October 2025 Results

October was a month with a lot of time picking mushrooms. I have really picked more than normal years as it was plenty of them. Other news was that I am being reorganized at work.

Month was pretty good weather and a lot of time in the forest

• Filling the treasure targets

  
  

  • Currently the average seems to become 20569 per month for 2025, the target is average at 20 000 / month.

    New investments 43414 in October Target is to invest 15k per month.

    
    

  • Gold in the reserve coffer: Target is 250 000 currently 182 000 (previous month 190 000). The decrease is mostly from buying extra investments and the cost of our groceries.

    
    

  • Saving is the difference between income and spending for me and my wife. As income we have two salaries (I work 100% and my wife 50%) and dividends from shares. Target was 50% saving and actual result was again at 68 % so it was quite good, I think the best for the year.

    
    

  • Dividends in September was 30948 gold coins. As usual all is reinvested together with other investments coming from the salary.

Lots of mushroom

I pick the mushrooms, clean them and then dry them for future use. I have given away a lot but still have much left here at home.

I got the news that I am being moved from sales to IT. Not very happy of this as it will be a hassle with a new manager and maybe worse work conditions. I am now more or less 100% sure that I will go for the retirement at August 2026. Work feels less and less interesting at this point.
