Vacation needed after vacation?

Back to Sweden after the vacation in Tenerife, Spain. We stayed at my niece apartment and she guided as around during the first week. We tried some local food and especially fish like tuna and swordfish which where very tasty.

We visited the Loro Parque, a very nice animal park which is near the vulcano Teide.

The penguins seems to enjoy same temperature as Sweden, they all looked very conspiring

The weather was very nice all the time , warm and clear skies. A lot of ice cream / soft drinks where consumed with this excuse.

Spending a lot of time sitting on the balcony looking at the sea. Unfortunately not so much training being done.

On Thuesday the second day our niece had an accident and broke her leg while falling down the stairs. This caused quite a bit of stress for her and us to try arrange everything as she was supposed to move out of the apartment the same week and travel home to Sweden with us.

Now we are all back to Sweden, starting to work again. Feels like some more vacation is really needed after this vacation. Need to get back in the groove and go to the gym again.
