My health targets for 2025

I really need to focus on my health as I have not been feeling so well lately. It seems like the slow cooking frog just getting warmer and warmer and not doing anything to avoid the situation.
I am a lot overweight and have problems with coughing and worse eye sight. I am snoring so much that sometime I even awake myself. As I am growing older is becomes harder to improve health as laziness and comfort overtakes the need to make better.
My current exercise is to do walking (when weather is good), some short gym sessions that mostly involve biking and then a few machines and once in a blue moon some swimming.

Addictions: I don't use alcohol or tobacco but have a lot of consumption of sugary products like soda drinks, chocolate and chips. I really have this as a comfort when I feel unhappy, bored or stressed. I need to replace this surrogate with something more healthy.

Targets for 2025
Weight loss 1% per month
Gym exercise minimum 60 min twice per week
Walking minimum 1h three or more times per week even in bad weather
Replace sugar comfort with fruit / activities
Step 1: Track each time exercise is done
I will write down each exercise, date, type , length
Get new walking shoes so that I can also walk on ice / snow
Step 2: Stop and think each time you get a craving , then use judgement , document
Track and write down each time comfort is needed, what you did / didn't do.
Step 3: Get professional help
Take help from doctor.
