Getting a mask

After some tests at the hospital I have now received a machine and face mask to sleep better.
The machine sends compressed air over the nose while you sleep. This makes the breathing deeper to reduce periods of Apne. Apne is when you have shorter breathing or even stops of breathing while you sleep.
Last night I tried the machine for the first time and it seems to work well.

It will be interesting to see how this continue to work if it will really improve my sleep for a longer time. So far it feels good.
